Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Carers,
The P&C Disco is tomorrow night. The P&C will be accepting final orders tomorrow at school but NOT on the night. There will also be lollies and ice-blocks for sale, students are encouraged to bring some coins. Please make sure students have pockets or a wallet to keep their money safe. All parents are invited to attend and can purchase a sausage sandwich on the night and mingle outside on the grassed area while the students dance inside.
Three Way interviews are now open in Sentral. Please go to the Parent Portal to secure your timeslot. These are from 1:30-5:50pm over two afternoons. Primary classes will be held on Tuesday 2nd April (after Easter Monday) and Infants will be held on Wednesday 3rd April. We look forward to seeing all parents except for Kindergarten and PLSP meetings, as these have been conducted earlier this term.
MSP School Photos will be occurring in Week 11, Tuesday 9th April. Photo envelopes will be sent home today with all students. These are not compulsory, it’s completely up to parents if they would like to pay for these photos. Every child will have their photo taken regardless of whether they are paying.
NAPLAN is coming to an end with numeracy being held today and there will be two more catch up days on Thursday and next Monday, then the tests will be completed. Thank you to everyone for making sure their child was ready for the test and particularly to Mrs Pengilly for coordinating the testing program with the help of Ms Toovey and classroom teachers.
Round 2 of PSSA Cricket will take place next Tuesday 26th March against Orange Public School at The Oval, Canowindra. Permission notes will be sent out soon. Spectators welcome!
